How to raise each character
I'll explain how to get each character in this section.
Babies
The first stage of your Tamagotchi's life.
There are two characters: Babytchi 
, if your Tamagotchi is a boy,
and ShiroBabytchi 
, if your Tamagotchi is a girl.
Your Tamagotchi's gender is random.
Toddlers
There are two toddlers: Marutchi 
and Kinakomotchi 
.
You'll always get Marutchi on the first generation. It'll depend on the parents on the following ones:

The "A" and "B" variants will grow in slightly different ways. There is no way of telling them apart. You must figure it out based on their parents.
Teens
Serious
The serious teens are Ichigotchi 
and Young Mimitchi 
.
Ichigotchi appears in odd generations (and those divisible by ten) and Young Mimitchi in the rest.
Teens also have two variants ("A" and "B"), just like the toddlers.
On the first generation (and, because of some programming error, on those divisible by ten) you'll get Ichigotchi if you raise your Tamagotchi well during the toddler stage. This means giving them less than three care mistakes in both care categories.
On the following generations (not counting those divisible by ten), it'll depend on the toddler you have. Marutchi will never become a serious teen.
A Kinakomotchi A will always become a serious teen, but you can get the worst variant if you make at least three mistakes in both care categories.
A Kinakomotchi B usually becomes the serious teen B, but, if you make three mistakes in both categories, they'll become the normal teen A.
Normal
The normal teens are Hinotamatchi 
and Oniontchi 
.
Hinotamatchi appears in odd generations (and those divisible by ten) and Oniontchi in the rest.
Teens also have two variants ("A" and "B"), just like the toddlers.
On the first generation (and, because of some programming error, on those divisible by ten) you'll get Hinotamatchi if you neglect your Tamagotchi during the toddler stage. This means giving them at least three care mistakes in one or both care categories.
On the following generations (not counting those divisible by ten), it'll depend on the toddler you have. Marutchi will always become a normal teen.
A Kinakomotchi B may become the normal teen A if you make three mistakes in both categories.
A Marutchi A usually becomes the normal teen A, but, if you make four mistakes in both categories, they'll become the B variant.
A Marutchi B will always become the normal teen B.
Adults
Serious
The serious adults are Mametchi 
and Mimitchi 
.
Mametchi appears on odd generations and Mimitchi on even ones.
To get a serious adult you must raise your teen perfectly.
A serious teen A will become a serious adult if they got less than two care mistakes in both care categories.
A serious teen B will become a serious adult if they got less than two mental mistakes and no physical ones.
A normal teen A will become a serious adult if they didn't get a single care mistake.
A normal teen B cannot become a serious adult. So, if you start with a Marutchi B, you won't be able to raise a
serious adult no matter how well you raise your Tamagotchi.
Normal
The normal adults are Kuchipatchi 
and Memetchi 
.
Kuchipatchi appears on odd generations and Memetchi on even ones.
Your teen will become a normal adult if they don't meet the requirements for any other adult.
A normal teen B will become a normal adult if you raise them as well as you can, but the others will need a couple care mistakes.
Naughty
Tarakotchi 
is the only naughty adult.
They can appear on any generation.
To get a naughty adult, you must mentally neglect your teen.
Serious teens will become naughty adults if they get at least three mental mistakes, but less than three physical ones.
Normal teens will become naughty adults if they get at least two mental mistakes, but less than two physical ones.
Frail
The frail adults are Hanatchi 
and Androtchi 
.
Hanatchi appears on odd generations and Androtchi on even ones.
To get a frail adult, you must physically neglect your teen.
Serious teens will become frail adults if they get at least three physical mistakes, but less than three mental ones.
Normal teens will become frail adults if they get at least two physical mistakes, but less than two mental ones.
Stubborn
The stubborn adults are Masktchi 
and Gozarutchi 
.
Masktchi appears on odd generations and Gozarutchi on even ones.
To get a stubborn adult you must neglect your teen in both care categories.
Serious teens will become frail adults if they get at least three mistakes in both categories.
Normal teens will become frail adults if they get at least two mistakes in both categories.
Seniors
If you don't marry your adult Tamagotchi in seven days from the moment they enter that stage, they'll grow old.
Males will become Ojitchi 
and females will become Otokitchi 
.
Senior characters cannot marry adults, but they can marry eachother. If you do, they'll always have boys (Babytchi ).
Those babies will become Oyajitchi 
, the secret character, right away, without going through the other stages.
Oyajitchis are not like other adults: they are as weak as the stubborn adults, but they bathe like the naughty ones.
In this version, Oyajitchi is considered a normal type parent when married.
