Tamagotchi list

Here I will show you all the characters in their respective groups. The Entama's characters will be on the middle column and the Uratama's ones will be on the right one. You can see the requirements to raise each character on the left column. The teen character you get depends on the care misses they got as a toddler, and the adult on their highest skill. If there's a tie, the skill corresponding to their group will be considered the highest one.
You will find a list with all the characters listed by internal ID number at the bottom of this page.

Mame Group (♂)

*To get a Tensaitchi you must first raise a Mametchi and make him become a scientist. Once he has the job, you must raise his intelligence to 999 within 3 days. After three days, Mametchi will become Tensaitchi.

**To get a Hyottokotchi you must first raise an Ura Mametchi and make him become a festival worker. Once he has the job, you must raise his humor to 999 within 3 days. After three days, Ura Mametchi will become Hyottokotchi.

*To get a Makiko you must first raise a Memetchi and make her become a singer. Once she has the job, you must raise her style to 999 within 3 days. After three days, Memetchi will become Makiko.

**To get a Hanagatatchi you must first raise an Ura Memetchi and make her become an enka singer. Once she has the job, you must raise her gorgeous to 999 within 3 days. After three days, Ura Memetchi will become Hanagatatchi.

Kuchi Group (♂)

*To get a Nonbiritchi you must first raise a Kuchipatchi and make him become a hot springs attendant. Once he has the job, you must raise his kindness to 999 within 3 days. After three days, Kuchipatchi will become Nonbiritchi.

**To get a Mukimukitchi you must first raise an Ura Kuchipatchi and make him become an adventurer. Once he has the job, you must raise his passion to 999 within 3 days. After three days, Ura Kuchipatchi will become Mukimukitchi.

Use the special dating card #1 to raise these characters.

Seniors

To raise an (Ura) Ojitchi you must keep a male adult Tamagotchi for ten days.

To raise an (Ura) Otokitchi you must keep a female adult Tamagotchi for ten days.

To raise an (Ura) Oyajitchi you must marry an (Ura) Ojitchi and an (Ura) Otokitchi. They'll have a male baby that will grow directly into the adult stage without going through any other stages.
